Orange Grove Apartments

Horrible experience all the way around. If there are corners to be cut, they are most definitely gonna be cut. They may look decent on the outside with a fresh layer of paint but don't be fooled cause they just put it on the walls this morning. Slum lords that give more privilege to their staff then their renters. They don't even follow their own rules. Roaches in almost every unit, horrible parking, post office won't even deliver the mail because of the constant mail theft. Dogs aren't allowed to pee on the grass, no smoking allowed anywhere on property, no playground for the kids....the list goes on... and on and on...

Enjoying my stay so far, management is responsive and it’s pretty quiet around here.

Just moved here, it’s a quiet area , it’s clean, and well maintained! New management is phenomenal.!

Place is horrible management NEVER fix anything. The whole apartments are infested with bed bugs and MANAGEMENT won't take care of the issue. The pool has always been just for show its never been up and running because the apartments can't keep up with the cleaning. Really over priced for such little space. Code enforcement should be called.
