Ora Flagler Village

We just moved our young daughter down to Florida which was a major move for our family. We searched all around for a place for her and settled on Ora for a number of reasons. One being the staff that helped us and another the sense of community we felt just in our conversations. Let me just say that our expectations were pretty high and the whole experience exceeded our expectations 1000 times over!! The place is spotless all you smell is from the cleaning solutions. The amenities are world class from the common spaces, to the gym, to the beautiful resort like pool area. But the best part has to be hands down, the people on the staff. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. The team made us feel like we were the most important thing they had to do that day. Moving in was painless,

I really enjoy living here and have had such a positive experience overall. The community is well-kept and welcoming. The maintenance team here is fantastic! They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and always show up with a positive attitude. It makes such a difference knowing that any issue will be taken care of without hassle. Thank you for being reliable, respectful, and thorough every time. You’re truly appreciated!

Great experience living here. The building is always clean and very quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Dariel in the leasing office is outstanding—he’s extremely responsive, fast to help, and always on top of any issues. Easily one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had.

Wrote this on Yelp but figured more people would see it here. Most of the ratings are great, have no idea why anyone would rate 1 star. I've lived at ORA since September 2019, and honestly I can say this is the best building in the area for multiple reasons. Yes there are some cons (i.e. if you have guests there's no way to let them in from your unit - but with that comes extra security). It's hard to get in if you don't live here, which, as a resident is something I appreciate. Less strangers roaming the halls. Feel completely safe here. Shoutout to Juan who is insanely responsive and super friendly to maintenance requests. He really goes above and beyond. Erika is so sweet and I love working with her. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love living here! The leasing manager Dariel is awesome. He made our move so easy and worked around our busy schedule. The living experience so far has been great you can’t hear anything from inside the apartments, the amenities are great, and the neighbors seem chill and respectful so no complaints at all so far. Also we’re within walking distance to a lot of places which definitely sold us in the first place. 10/10 recommend
