Do NOT choose this builder! I have had nothing but lies and problems the entire build process. I have email proof of them painting my house the wrong color. They didn’t try to make anything right. I’ve tried to contact them about my warranty and they ignore my calls and do not return calls. Also expect to pay $20k cash at closing or they put a lien on your house because they charged me for the “hurricane damages” during the build. Also charged me more due to “inflation”. Keep in mind you will have to do a lot of fixing on your own. They rush you to close and give empty promises they would come back to fix but they never fixed anything. Our home is a very well built home. Maria Espinosa sales manager who works for Option One was amazing to work with, she followed through on each request and/or concern. In the beginning, communication was lacking until Maria stepped in and we are pleased. Maria’s communication was top notch. We are very pleased with our home. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted to build a beautiful quality home.

Option One built us a beautiful new home from clearing and leveling ground to move in. They were extremely accommodating, willing to make certain custom changes within certain parameters, A home we are very pleased and proud of! A group or team that answers and / or returns all calls and is responsive to every request. We would and will highly recommend OptionOne as a premier builder that follows through and follows up with continued communication and completed in a timely matter during an extremely trying time.

First of all, it took them 2 1/2 yrs to complete my home. The people they hire most be on a low budget deal because my house was very, VERY poorly made! I haven’t been in my house for more than 1 1/2 years and everything is falling apart. My pavers in the front for example, the whole middle section is caving inward which means they didn’t pack it well with enough sand and they definitely didn’t seal them. One of the light fixtures in the front went out and that’s because they didn’t seal around it well so that no water gets in. Now I have to either buy a new one or replace the switch inside which no one sells! I have to go online to get it. The wood floor’s inside, the grout is coming up. Worst company ever, do not sign a contract with these people they are unresponsive, and at the same time, they don't care about the client. You have to be on top of them asking when they are going to finish because there is no construction schedule. They moved my completion date more than 3 times, and no communication at all with me. The worst part is at the end, when they send you a bill for all increased material, including their overhead and profit. If you don't pay them, they automatically don't give you the key and a lien to property. Beside for the 70k they wanted to charge me for increase of material. Quality control is horrible must of the punch out was done 7 month after living here. To be honest, they are the more unreliable company I ever work with. Don't sign find another compa
