Optima Sonoran Village

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been a resident for nearly a year and a half, and it’s by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The property is beautifully maintained, my layout is perfect, and the overall feel is truly luxurious. The community events are such a fun bonus. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the package room stays impressively organized — especially considering the large volume of deliveries they handle. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon!

I just moved into Optima Sonoran Village and I honestly could not be happier with my experience. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and enjoyable, and that is completely thanks to Heather and her incredible team. Heather was unbelievable to work with. She went above and beyond at every step, was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She turned what is usually a stressful process into an amazing experience. Her team deserves just as much praise. Gabby, Mackenzie, and Brian were all fantastic. I've lived at Optima (6815) for almost a year now, and we’ve loved it! The amenities are fantastic—pool, gym, free fitness classes, fun events, and a rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views (exclusive to 6815 residents). The staff and neighbors are friendly, making it a great place to meet people and walk your dog in a lush setting. Plus, it’s within walking distance of the canal and Old Town, which we’ve really enjoyed. The only downsides? It can get a bit noisy in the mornings with leaf blowers, and lower-level apartments may feel a little dark at times.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!! I have lived in so many luxury buildings and this one is the absolute worst. Within the first 3 months of living there my patio flooded ruining all my new furniture, my car was broken into and destroyed, my neighbor smoking hard drugs, and myself and my dog getting mold toxicity from the apartment. If you need help from management…. Good luck! They are EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and just put all the blame on you. I got extremely sick due to mold in the apartment and they refused to come take a look or do their own testing. Jodi (the general manager) laughed in my face and said “who even are you??” and proceeded to ignore my emails and requests. I’m a tenant who pays a ton of money to live there. The best place to live %100💕 I was moving from 17 hours away, my friend in Scottsdale told me to check this place out, so I made a phone call to get info. Jake from leasing office was so helpful, told me the website, floor plans prices…so I asked about utilities, parking, extra charge for gym…he informed me that everything prewired, just buy a router…right there I was sold, then he said parking garage included, ok now I’m in. He told about the classes at the gym and pool, the clubs, the parties…loving this, I leased that day. I have been here 3 weeks and loving it. Went to my first club house function, CASINO NIGHT♠️♠️♠️, had so much fun and made so many friends, I have even met friends of friends in the mail room. The people in the leasing office deserve 10 ⭐️. The mail room guys go
