Optima Signature

Great place for rentals!! Spacious units, great building management, and modern amenities, including but not limited to full size gym, indoor & outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor basketball court, golf simulator, billiards table, and ping pong table, you name it. The business center has a large conference room free for booking, a bunch of work stations, as well as fast and free WiFi. Strongly recommend this place!!

My favorite place 😍🌇 I've lived here for 3 years now and I truly recommend it. Personally, I think it's the best building to live in Chicago—a very nice and secure place that offers many options.

I am super excited to call Optima Signature my new home. I know classmates and childhood friends who currently or previously lived at the property. The amenities are fantastic and justify the price point. Did I mention the property is attached to the Wholefoods!? The leasing process was absolutely fantastic. The leasing office was always available to answer my calls and emails promptly (even though I had a lot of questions!). Christine, my leasing agent, guided my experience with exemplary professionalism and kindness. Huge shoutout to her. It always is a positive sign when a properties leasing department is responsive and professional. I was going to move into a competitor property but was completely turned off with how the leasing office treated me. Thank you again to the Optima Sig

Optima is a good building if you are looking for great amenities. The common areas are vast and open. I lived in a corner 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on 35th floor with amazing views of the city. I lived in the building for 5 years. Within the last 2 years, I did not have a good experience with leasing management team. They are not helpful and sometimes rude. I would strongly recommend Optima to retrain the leasing team to better service the residents. If you are looking for a building with lots of amenities and view of the city then Optima is the place. If you are looking for newer looking building interior and apartment interiors then there are better options out there for similar price.

We’ve been renting at Optima for the past two months, and honestly, it’s been beyond what I imagined. From the warm and welcoming staff to the fantastic sense of community among the tenants, everything about this place feels like it’s been designed with comfort in mind. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, always taking care of things quickly and efficiently. The building is spotless, and every convenience is right at our fingertips. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking! It’s truly been a wonderful rental experience, and I’m excited to call this place home.
