Optima Kierland Apartments

5/5 stars easily and on so many levels. We have thoroughly loved living at Optima Kierland for nearly 6 months. From management to all the leasing agents (we worked with Lisa who is fabulous) to the community directors to maintenance and pretty much everyone - it’s a fabulous, dynamic team of professionals. The residents are an eclectic mix of great people. A variety of different ages & life stages. Everyone seems so happy to live here. The amenities can’t be beat. The incredible rooftop pool in the 7190 building is enormous with multiple places to relax. The views are unreal beautiful! Indoor & outdoor pickleball, outdoor rooftop walking path, cold plunge, hot tub, ping pong, pool- you name it. The workout facilities are also top notch. I’ve lived in Scottsdale for a few years now, and this is by far the best place I’ve lived. Yes, it costs a bit more and you’re probably not going to find big move-in specials, but you truly get what you pay for. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is great, and the staff makes a huge difference. Darla is amazing! professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. If you’re looking for quality and consistency, this place delivers.

Not only are the buildings and apartments beautiful and all the amenities just perfect, but the staff makes us feel like we’re truly at home. Ben, Francis, Darla and even Chris the security guard take care of us and make sure we’re having the best experience. On top of that we’ve made so many new friends and the vibe is chill and fun…and that goes for Anyone between age 30 and 70…maybe some 20 somethings too. 😊 Once you come, you won’t want to leave.

Mario is amazing! We have had a few needs getting situated in our new place. Mario went above and beyond to help us with some maintenance/repair issues in a timely and efficient manner. We are so grateful to be part of a community with such great people.
