We had a relatively low budget, but always felt like we were a priority. Sydney was flexible with taking us on tours and submitting offers quickly. When we reconnected with her months later, worried about our timing entering the home buying market, she reassured us and gave us all the info we needed to make us feel comfortable and supported as first-time homebuyers. I found Open House Austin through a friend who showed me their Instagram, and I ended up signing up for one of their home buying workshops. The workshop was super affordable, relaxed, and welcoming. There was pizza, drinks, and just a really comfortable vibe while they walked us through who they are and how they support first-time buyers. We are first-time homebuyers who attended a workshop with Open House back in February. After getting things together, we reached out to them in August and closed on our home in September.
