OPaL Design Build

OPaL remodeled a bathroom and family room for us, and we could not be happier with the results. The team was great through the design process, helping us achieve our goal of a luxe bathroom in a small space. They kept us informed about progress and what to expect next throughout construction. A total success!

We recently purchased our home from the Opal team. After living in it for some time now, we could not be happier. Everything is perfect – from beautiful detailed finishes to all of the ‘guts’ of the house working exactly as they should. Even after we had closed on the house, they came by multiple times to take care of things that we wanted adjusted as we started living in the space. Their responsiveness, care, and attention to detail even after we closed on the purchase speaks volumes to the quality of their work. Finding a team you can fully and absolutely trust to have your interests at heart is rare in this space, but we found it in the Opal team. If we are ever again in the market for a new construction in the future we know where to go.

Opal demo’d our kitchen and built an addition onto our home. Our project team was responsive, work was completed largely on schedule, and just about on budget—despite high inflation at the time. When issues arose they were dealt with promptly and fairly. As to the kitchen, it exceeded our (already high) expectations. Fit and finish quality is high, and the design is highly functional. Should the need arise, we would work with Opal again in a heartbeat.

OPaL is the best in the business. When my wife and I sold our house, we (and our two young children) moved in with my mother-in-law. The move was intended to be temporary while we shopped for a new house. After nearly a year as a multi-generational household, we decided to make it permanent. Rather than buying a house, we would renovate the home. The home has been in the family for nearly 40 years. It was the home in which my in-laws raised their 4 children, including my wife. The home was built in the early 1900s, and received two major additions in the 1990s. It was large and quaint (nicknamed The Lost Oaks), but maze-like as the renovations lacked cohesion. We have purchased our new home from Opal team- they have been going above and beyond making sure every detail is perfect and to our liking. They have been very responsive and the team has been extremely professional on getting every single detail to perfection. For example we saw a nail in the wall of one of the rooms with wallpaper and asked them if they can fix it- they had the whole wallpaper removed, sanded the wall, painted and installed whole new wallpaper. We are extremely happy with how our home turned out as we had asked them to make some changes before we moved in- all done on time and perfectly.
