Onyx on Park

Brian and Jamie were super helpful and answered all my questions! The rooftop has great views of downtown and La Jolla perfect for watching the sunset. It's also walking distance to the farmers market, Trader Joe’s, bus stops, and more.

I highly recommend renting at Onyx on Park. Bryan is the best manager with whom I have ever worked. Although he is not my love interest, I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is very professional, personable, easy going and helpful. Bryan takes care of business promptly without breaking a sweat. The building is new with all around state-of-the-art features, including security, so of course there will be how-to questions Bryan is knowledgeable, answers in a realistic timely manner. All the apartment configurations are spacious, the appliances are new, modern, easy to keep clean, and the in-unit washer and dryer are full size. Views from the rooftop are jaw dropping. Location is balanced with quiet, yet lively. Onyx on Park is worth the monthly expense.

Bryan has been absolutely amazing from start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, from the initial showing to the lease signing and even after move-in. He’s been professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The property is perfectly located in Hillcrest, on the quieter side of University, which makes it super convenient but still peaceful. Having the farmers market right outside is such a great bonus. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, and having parking in the building is a huge plus. Couldn’t be happier with both the management and the building.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cute modern apartment. Brand new place in a good location and more affordable than I thought it would be. Bryan was super helpful showing me around and trying to make something work with my situation (particularly a lack of guaranteed parking, which I needed). Even though I did not end up going with them he personally reached back out with an updated offer including guaranteed parking free of charge that would have worked for me. Willingness to be flexible is always appreciated so be sure to check this place out!
