Recurring Roof Issues and Lack of Transparency. Having resided in this community for half a decade, I've encountered a concerning issue with the roofing system. Over the past two years, my unit has experienced leaks in the same area on two separate occasions. Alarmingly, I've learned that several other homeowners have faced an identical predicament, yet this critical information was not disclosed by the realtors during the purchase process. Fortunately, the homeowners' association (HOA) took legal action against the builder for structural defects, and their lawsuit was successful. Yet found another great housing group with all the minimum garantee facilities and wonderful location. Free air flow and excellent ventilation are a plus. A little vegetation and a family park are the aspirations of the residents.

Complete lack of parking poor planning and due to the location these homes will never increase in value.

My car was towed illegally without any notice at midnight.
