I had the best experience touring Onni Fulton Market the other day. From the moment I entered the property, Ken greeted me at the front desk with the biggest smile and made me feel right at home. I then got to meet Corrin and she was amazing! She took an experience that can be a little stressful and made everything seamless. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to make my decision. I knew immediately this was the place I wanted to live. Just signed my lease tonight. Can't wait to move in!

Just signed a lease for Spring ’26, and I couldn’t be happier! The team at Onni was incredibly welcoming from the start, especially Corrin, who led my tour this week and made the whole experience feel effortless. It was also great meeting Ken at the front desk. He knew every resident coming home from work, which really speaks to the sense of community here. They both brought such great energy to the building. And of course, the design is stunning. The units and community spaces are beautifully and thoughtfully designed.

Living at Onni Fulton Market has honestly been a great experience, and a big part of that is the people. Our tour with Nic set the tone right away. He was straightforward, clear, and helped us through the entire process, which is how we ended up in our dream apartment. The front desk team is wonderful. Ken and Langston are always friendly, helpful, and make the building feel welcoming. The maintenance team is just as great. They’re super responsive, and anytime something has needed fixing, Rodney has come by quickly. He’s not only incredibly kind, but also really skilled at what he does. It’s clear this building is well run, and it makes a real difference day to day.

Ken is one of the best people I’ve ever encountered in my apartment building. He is truly the reason Onni Fulton Market feels like Onni. Ken is incredibly friendly and genuinely goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome he always remembers to ask about your day and actually listens. His warmth, professionalism, and constant presence create an atmosphere that feels safe, cared for, and personal. Because of Ken, residents don’t just live here, we feel at home. 10/10 recommend Onni Fulton Market not because of the luxury and amenities of the building but the people who work there who make an incredible impact.

When I toured Onni, I knew it would be my dream apartment! Nic was very attentive to my requirements for a unit, and he’s very friendly and personable. Everything about my move in experience was smooth and stress-free. Corrin really helped make sure I got settled in and acquainted with the building. And of course, the front desk staff are all very accommodating and nice! Ken, Ed, and Langston all make sure I’m taken care of (as well as my plethora of packages, haha). Units are very aesthetic and clean. Location is ideal for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Chicago. Highly recommend Onni Fulton Market! 🫶
