Wow I can't be more grateful 🙏 I was feeling reluctant on coming in to discuss consolidation loans because finances and loans can be stressful, BUT Ms.Virginia was an absolute blessing to me and my family. From the moment I walked into the branch until I left.She was very friendly,professional and made the whole process so smooth and peaceful.She was transparent, genuine, and very knowledgeable! She also took her time to explain everything to me step by step and answered all my questions! I will forever be grateful, what an AMAZING experience 🙌 One main fwb you are very lucky to have such an incredible Branch Manager!

The service at this One Main Financial Branch is top notch! Ms Virginia is extremely knowledgeable, polite and accommodating when going through the whole process. I never got this kind of treatment from a Bank Loan Officer. When the unexpected happens One Main Financial in FWB, Fl. is my first choice

Not sure if it’s this location or if it’s the company as a whole. This is by far one of the worst loan experiences I’ve ever had. I was told I needed to come in and sign some paperwork that everything was ready to go. I drive 40 minutes to the location only to find out that that wasn’t the case. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people.

I have done business with One Main since 2020. Virginia is a true asset to One Main. She is consistently helpful and pleasant, and makes doing business with the company so easy.

I need to give a great big shout out to the team of the FWB location of One Main Financial. The team was Virginia Owens, Mgr, and loan officer Madison. From the moment I called til the money was deposited, all inquiries were expedited and fully explained. I found these two professionals courteous and knowledgable. The phones never stopped ringing that afternoon and they were the only two working. Ms Owens and Madison took it all in stride and remamained calm, demonstrating great teamwork and multitasking skills. They are indeed an asset to One Main Financial and I highly recommend anyone in need of a loan to go see these two. I did observe glitches with the computer cohesiveness requiring several refreshes to complete a task. IT should look into that.
