In all my travels and living around the world OneEleven is unmatched. The perfect location central to everything, an amazing staff, social events and the neighbors are super friendly. These views are nuts. They'll never get old. As long as im in Chicago ill be here at 111.

I’ve had a positive experience living at One Eleven so far. The community is generally quiet, and the shared spaces are kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been professional and helpful when I’ve had questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to daily necessities and public transportation. The building amenities are also a nice bonus and have added to my overall comfort.

Sure the location, amenities, and floor plans are top tier but what makes OneEleven truly stand out are the people who work here. From the front desk, to the leasing office, management, and maintenance, everyone who works here is so kind and passionate about their job. I have yet to meet a single Bozzuto employee who did not leave me with a smile. Shoutout to Michael Miracle!

The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. The amenities are top-notch — from the beautiful indoor pool to the lounge areas, everything is always clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better — you’re right in the heart of downtown Chicago, close to amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live in the city!

The location, amenities, the management and the building overall is 5/5. To make things even better, the staff here is beyond amazing and super helpful - from the leasing office to the concierge team, maintenance crew, the event team and everyone else involved. The infrastructure is stunning and views from river lounge are spectacular. The events held at the property are definitely something to look forward to. Right from touring the property to the move in, everything was super organized and very well coordinated, thanks to Austin Petras. Have to have a special mention for Ramon at the front desk for his super lively personality. Loving my stay here so far!
