O'Neal Road Apartments

The manager doesn't keep her word. I got behind on rent when my husband passed away. But when I went to her office on a Friday to pay everything up to date & beyond, she wasn't there (happened frequently). I went again the following Monday morning (not there) & again that afternoon. She had already filed an eviction notice that very morning. After paying everything, she said she would have the eviction removed from my record. She lied. I went on to live there 2 more years. It's still on my record.

This place is a hell hole.. Irene is the worst property manager I've ever seen and she is on drugs! I know people who have sold her pills. I wish I knew how to report her because I would in a heartbeat. She lies to tenants and has a snobby attitude. Not to mention she only does things for the few tenants she likes! Maintenance is horrible and takes ages to do anything. Thinking about moving out there? Do yourself a favor a don't, you're better off in a cardboard box. This place deserves 0 stars.

The management does the best that they can to help you get a home here for your family. This is mostly a kid friendly type of enviroment. I havent had any issues beyond getting some minor repairs when requested. I have taken it into condsideration that this complex is a large community. Pet friendly and for the most part quiet. Ofcourse, there are a few tenants that can ruin your new home environment, and they will reveal themselves once you are settled in. I would say this is a good place to live overall despite a few crazies!! Safe place for familys too. Recently, my widow was unlocked and someone came and stole some of my food out of my fridgerator! I am not the person to put up with this but I want people to be aware of what others are doing and keep an eye out for each other. Also,

The Landlornd An maintenance man are on drugs. she shows favoritism between residence..if u are serving her an her husband she doesn't bother you. She needs to be replaced her husband as well. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live out there.

Somebody leaving bad reviews saying Manger and maintance on drugs ,evidently these few or ones who were evicted for non payment of rent and are very disgruntled I've lived here for 12 years and seen people come and go..I know for a fact that there are good decent people who lives there. Like any other place you live there will always be a few bad apple's, but over all very nice place to live......
