For starters, the staff is amazing, Susan & Kelsey in the leasing department couldn’t be more professional and helpful if they tried! Location is amazing here, you’re super close to all that downtown Cherry Creek has to offer, the property has condo grade noise cancellation features, and the finishes in their units are tough to beat. I’ve been a resident here for nearly three years, and prior to Cornerstone taking over as the management company, this was a safe and pleasant community. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have significantly deteriorated. We've experienced multiple break-ins, and the condition of the common areas has declined noticeably. I would strongly advise others against moving here.
