I cannot stress enough how much I loved living here. I only moved out for a change of scenery, but I already miss them like an ex I probably should’ve stayed with. When I say management actually cares?? I mean it. Not your typical slumlord energy - they won’t fine you for simply existing. Maintenance? Elite. Property? Always clean. Move-out charges? They don’t try to rob you blind. Highly recommend. Big shoutout to the manager Cris Himmer! I low-key looked forward to chatting with him every month when I paid rent

Thanks to Chris. Takes time to resolve issues and misunderstandings professionally. The apartments are nice and the community seems friendly so far, parks are close by too, my kiddo loves them.

Braidy, the leasing professional was beyond patient and kind to us, we had such a great experience on our tour with them! The property is so well maintained and clean, their amenities are amazing, they have a huge grass area for a pet park and the cutest walking trail alongside the community! The whole team here is so friendly and bubbly, we loved our visit at one west and can’t wait to make a decision!

We lived here for a little over two years and were sad we had to leave! Katelyn (might have misspelled) was truly a life saver while we were there and especially during the move out process. She went way way above and beyond what any other complex would have done for us! No apartment community is perfect but the team at one west was so quick to get questions answered, maintenance completed, and kept the facilities so nice. While there were some units that we believe broke the no smoking rule, the office was quick to send out reminders and do everything in their power to alleviate the issue! You can also hear the jets that are landing at Hill Air Force Base- which our little one loved because he could see them fly overhead! Had an excellent tour experience with Braidy this week! We felt so welcomed and well informed. Facilities look great and are well maintained. Prices were out in the open so we weren’t left guessing what we would pay. We will be submitting our application this week to hopefully join this community as residents!
