Mice bugs weed quiet area of Newark somewhat and I’m In a renovated unit

Horrible mold & sewage smell in the lobby for MONTHS, garbage blocks the back exit , front door of building is broken so anyone can come in and elevator skips floors . Not to mention the mice found in the apartment!

The worst building I ever lived in. People constantly in the hall standing by the entrance. Walls are Thin; I can hear my neighbors conversation. Roaches and mice not to mention nosey neighbors who clearly have no lives or jobs. Find another place to rent!! TRUST ME! you’ll be better off.

I usually don’t write reviews but this building is So sad and ridiculous. It’s the oldest and most disgusting building I’ve ever lived in .

The building needs a lot of work it looks like the owner doesn't take pride or care about his property. What a shame 😔
