If I could have given this place a 0 star, I would. From the beginning, there were issues. The walls are thin doing everyday things, even reading out loud, would annoy the upstairs neighbor who were either development delayed or elderly. I developed severe rash and while in the office one day, a woman upstairs from me told the office that she had mold in her apartment and proceeded to show me pictures of leaks, and a hole in the ceiling that's been left that way. I had no personal issues with the office people until I realized I was mislead so they are not to be trusted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Try somewhere else with another management company as well.

Nice new apartments with a modern contemporary feel. Workout rooms and pool are available in the common area. Grounds are well kept and look great. Garages and storage rooms are available as well as storage access for bikes and other equipment. Location is fantastic and quiet as it is set back well away from traffic and busy businesses.

The owner only cares about the cosmetic side of the community but not how best to spend money to improve the quality of service that impacts the residents. Let me give you some examples: 1. They did sealcoating with poor and possibly toxic materials, and the whole community smelled like highly toxic chemicals for TWO months! 2. They are now painting the walls of the buildings which resulted in no windows could be opened. 3. The package room is overflowing all the time, and although the lockers are installed, they don’t allow residents to use them. I’ve personally lost valuable package and had delivery refused to leave the package without a locker for so many times. 4. Im looking for apartments in the area, and when I ask for a guided tour, they only offer self guided tours. Seems unsafe to live here if they are giving random people the building codes without an employee present.. Very poor services, I will not be checking these apartments out.
