One University Circle

Living at One University Circle these past six months has been fabulous for our family! Our first call to Jill resulted in an appointment for a tour and viewing of available units. After looking at a few other buildings, we came right back to OUC and signed the lease. Jill was exceptional in answering our questions and gracious in allowing us to take measurements and make sure we were selecting the best unit for our needs. The move-in process was seamless. Any service/repair request we have made has typically been responded to within 2-4 hours, and always resolved within 24hrs. I’m a professional dog walker for one of the families in this building, and I just want to highlight how amazing the front desk staff is. Shawntel, LaTonya, Amina, and Danielle are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Every time I come in, they have positive energy and make the experience smooth and pleasant. As someone who is in and out of the building regularly, it really makes a difference to be greeted by people who are kind, professional, and attentive. They truly help create a warm and safe environment for residents and visitors alike. One University Circle is fortunate to have such a great front desk team!

We have lived at OUC for a few years and recently transferred within the building. Special shoutout to Jill who helped made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and taking the time to show us apartments with all our little questions. Everyone in the leasing office was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. I also want to thank the property manager, Garen, who was equally professional throughout the transfer process. Together they made everything clear, organized, and easy from start to finish. We were able to find a space that fits our needs and are happy to call this place home. Highly recommend living here if you’re in the Cleveland area. Top notch amenities, staff, and environment. We moved into an apartment at One University Circle three years ago. The experience has been nothing but a pleasure ever since. The building is well maintained and the amenities are great. From the pool deck with its multiple grills and fire pits, to the well equipped gym with a sauna and experiential shower, to the fully stocked coffee lounge, there’s something to take advantage of every day. The garage is heated, which is great for Cleveland winters. They even have monthly get togethers for any tenant who wishes to attend at local restaurants for happy hour. The staff is professional yet friendly and personable. Jill and Shana in the office, Brian, head of maintenance and LaTanya, head Consierge, are all there whenever you need them. One University Circle is the ideally located for those who work/study at Case Western or the Clevaland Clinic. Being able to walk to work is just one among the many other benefits of living here. During the harsh Cleveland winters, you really learn to appreciate the covered garage. I've been living here for 3.5 years and won't be leaving anytime soon. The whole staff is very kind and professional. Our leasing process was a breeze and the leasing agent Jill really puts a lot of effort making sure that the residents have the best experience possible. The monthly resident events are always fun and a great way to meet new people. I highly recommend living at One University Circle.
