One Street Residential

We are residents of Hayloft Big Creek. I thank God daily that we are here temporarily while our home is repaired. I feel so bad for people who are stuck here, particularly the preponderance of single women that One Street Residential takes advantage of. Maintenance is atrocious. the only thing you can count on from these people is the constant messages you get about paying your rent.

The place looks very nice and that is the reason for the 2 stars. Staying at one of your properties is worse than being in prison at an HOA. There are absolutely way too many rules. From the no smoking, no decorations at all allowed on the outside, no Wreaths, no plants, you can have a camera up but only if it’s not connected, curtains have to have a white back, and they say no pets. There are so many dogs out here it’s ridiculous. I was told only SERVICE and EMOTIONAL support animals. But I am seeing Pitbulls and all. Rules need to be equal and not for a selected few. At the end of my lease I’m planning on moving.

Had a serious issue in my apartment it took a while to solve. However Mr Preston ( corporate maintenance) promised he would help. He kept his word and came in without hesitation, looked into the matter thoroughly, worked extra hard to handle this huge problem. What a hidden gem!!!

Communication is horrible At Soth Town Square. Sharon is so rude and definitely judges you and choose who she WANTS to move in. I was denied and showed info to override it. They asked for my rental verification stating that's all i needed and my landlord sent it but apparently forgot to sign instead of calling me to let me know a signature wasnt on it. It was sent up for it to be denied again. I feel like from when i first applied here they wanted to deny me. I called almost everyday for a month and i've been ignored and given the run around. I do not live in the state of georgia so i have to communicate over the phone to get things straighten out, but its been a lack. Several emails not replied to ; several calls i was told i'll get a call back and never did. I was given the wrong number

It’s a wonderful place to call home ., the layouts for a 2 bedroom was very well but together , and the recreational is very interesting ., cause as a senior I love to be moving and staying active . The staff is very well with the residence . And is very knowledgeable with the community . Which is very important for me as a further residences . I would recommend anyone to live in this residential community , if they are looking for a great and safe community to live .Welcome Home Neighbor
