The WORST LEASING EXPERIENCE! My two year lease in a high priced house with this company is the worst in my life! I sold my home in Port St. Lucie, and my realtor and I were unable to find a home by closing. I ended up leasing/renting a house in Vero Lake Estates in Sebastian, Fl., from One Sothebys International Realty in Vero Beach, Florida. I moved into a brand new Maronda home, for a very high monthly lease. The ONLY positive to the home was that it was new, though I would never purchase a home from Maronda after living in one of their homes for two years. There were no window treatments, no shelving in the laundry room, and it was one issue after another for the two years that I lived there. Example: I had no hot water for the first three weeks that I lived there, and was tasked
