Beware if you plan on working with broker Jeff Chefan. He was representing the seller on a commercial property I was trying to purchase. Seller accepted my offer and his realtor that works for him withheld the contract for signature from seller because Jeff went and made his own offer to the seller, knowing our agreed upon price. Very unethical. I had heard talk about him throughout the community and he certainly lived up to his reputation.
Kristen Possert is a great asset to Sotheby’s!! She knows the market and genuinely cares about her clients.
The food and the service were wonderful. It was busy, so I would recommend having a reservation. Overall I would recommend going here.
