One Plaza

I lived at One Plaza from July 2017 to May 2022. Overall, my experience living here was good. Very convenient location at boarder of main city area of Miami and quiet safe neighborhoods- next to highway. Publix and Brickell at one end of the road, highway entrance at other. I would have given it 4 stars, but... Moving out has been terrible. They charged me nearly $600 for laminate floor repair when there was no damage. They are giving me the run around between phone calls and emails to file a claim against it when I have pictures showing no damage (see moving out photos). Overall, I only received 25% of my security deposit back that I have to divide between me and my old roommate. Real review after living here 2.5 years, moved out a few weeks ago. For anyone looking to move here, see below: - You really need to we aware of the non-standard fees charged by management/Melo group. $500 non-refundable at move in, $500 at move out (‘administrative fees’) - Lot of people reports issues to get the deposit back and management keeping the money. Management expects that you return the unit in perfect conditions (event painted it as per the contract). Knowing this, we did our best to return the apt in great condition and we got our deposit back (except $500, see above) - Pros: Location, easy access to I-95/coral way/Key biscayne, management does OK with their limited resources, good light and views from top floors - cons: just two elevators for 21 floors, frequently one broken

Excellent location, close to everything and has quick access to the expressway, making it very convenient. The community is quiet, family -friendly, and well maintained. Great place to call home!!!!

Absolutely the worst establishment I’ve ever leased with. Staff including corporate office are very inconsiderate and rude. You will not get your security deposits no matter how nice you keep your space. In fact you will owe money for the remodeling of the unit at the end of your lease.

One Plaza is centrally located in Brickell, offering easy access to restaurants, Publix, and Walgreens. It’s a quiet and family-friendly building, providing a peaceful living environment in the heart of the city. Great staff in the office.
