My friends stay here and they regret to say that their experience at this apartment community has been far from satisfactory. One glaring issue that cannot be ignored is the lack of security measures, especially in the parking garage. Multiple incidents of vandalism have occurred, and it's deeply concerning that there are no parking cameras in place to deter or capture these criminals. The absence of such basic security measures raises serious questions about the safety of residents and their property. In light of these ongoing issues, I strongly advise potential renters to reconsider choosing this apartment community. Your safety and peace of mind should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, this community falls short in providing that essential sense of security.

My family and I have been living at OPP for a few years now and are very happy here. We love our bright sunny apartment and the fact that the layout doesn't feel boxy. The apartment has high ceilings and thick walls, so we hardly ever hear our neighbors. The surrounding complex area is filled with flowers and plants of all kinds and the pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice perks and are always keep clean by the maintenance team. Speaking of maintenance, the rare times we've had an issue with plumbing or the laundry washer, the team is quick to address the problem within 24 hours. In terms of safety, we have heard of a few incidents of car break-ins though thankfully have not experienced this ourselves. What I love most about One Pearl Place is the staff and maintenance team! Kelly, Trish, Shannon and the entire maintenance team are so amazing! They are wonderful, professional, kind and supportive. The place itself is beautiful, quiet and clean. Maintenance always does a superb job with fixing things in a timely matter.

We're nearly two years in, and we still love living here. Since getting a new pup, I've been out and about a lot more and got to call out that the maintenance crew (Laura, Gerardo, and Mariano) is just awesome—always cheerful, helpful, and hardworking. The management team is the best, and most residents here are super friendly.

One Pearl Place refused to disclose the terms of the lease before I applied to rent. This is a HUGE red flag for any prospective tenant. Without knowing the lease terms upfront, you risk wasting money on an application fee and having a credit inquiry on your record, only to later discover that you disagree with the lease terms.
