One North Scottsdale Apartments

The maintenance guys (Riley and Hector) are very friendly and helpful. Riley replaced my lock and made a new key within an hour of me submitting my request. Hector fixed my garage door lock and took a look at my patio door seal afterwards. They were very quick, efficient, and communicative. And Brett in the front office went above and beyond helping me with the preferred employer program and the approval process. There was a lot of back and forth communication, but he was very quick and thorough with email responses and follow up. The community is mostly young professionals and the amenities are super nice. Doesn’t cost to rent out the theatre room or rec area. Pool is heated in the winter, the gym has great equipment and the package locker is def a convenient touch. 10/10 recommend!

I moved in last month and have no complaints so far. My maintenance requests have all been completed within 48 hours and the property is well kept. Julian has been a big help with the whole move-in process and has made things very easy. I’ll update towards the end of my lease with a complete review.

I loved my apartment but the property management is useless and the maintenance guys inept. Gates never worked, termites in the garage were never resolved, and the dishwasher and garbage might as well be forgotten (never could use). Also, the pools didn’t work for over a month. I had a fifteen month lease and was only there half of that time. I left the place spotless, as it was when I moved in. After I moved out, they sent me a bill for “damages” that were clearly normal wear. They are trying to bill me for new carpet, refinishing the laminate floors and for patches I did to cover small holes from hanging pictures and a TV. Totaling over $1200. They’re running some scam. Time to lawyer up. Avoid this place, wolf in sheep’s clothing. Scammers.
