For one, I personally know the management staff, and one will never find a better group of individual. Tenants in this building are warm and friendly. I would recommend this beautifully designed building to anyone seeking office space in a great location. The view from the tenth floor is amazing.

Rude and inconsiderate “office manager” in the office for this company. Gaedeke Group hired a contractor to do work in their garage in this building. The contractors were told to ignore the city noise ordinance and to work until 2am. When politely advised of the law, an “office manager” told me that they were “talking to the city” and to “deal with it”. No permit for an exception to the noise ordinance was ever filed, and it was 2 days of the police coming to shut down the contractors before they moved construction to the weekend. The office admin sat and uncomfortable watched this “office manager” act uncivilized in response my simple query to not violate the law and be inconsiderate to the neighborhood.
