One Irving Place Realty

As far as I know, the realtor fees in New York vary from 10-15%. The very first page of the contract says that 1Irving Place Realty will settle on a 12% commission fee. However, despite what the contract says, the broker crossed the number out with his pen and called for a 15% commission fee saying he can't do anything lower than that. If and should anyone make a contract with them, be aware of this ahead of time. Also, be aware that you may not receive responses in a timely manner. In fact, I never got a reply to any texts and was only when I called that did they answer. I was also YELLED at for asking them to submit some paperworks to management.
