One Hermann Place Apartments

I lived at One Hermann Place for 2 years, from 2021-2023, which were sincerely some of the best years I have ever spent in Houston. Even while I living away from family, the team at OHP made One Hermann Place feel like a home away from home. - Management is fantastic and all of the concierge team is so helpful and friendly. Special shoutouts to the assistant leasing manager, Jackie, and the concierge, Nabil for always being so lovely and making the environment at One Hermann so positive. Had a chance to tour this beautiful apartment a few months ago. Let me just start off by saying that it is in the perfect location in Houston literally. The 2 bedrooms are beautiful and upgraded perfectly with shower and tub. Finishes are nice also closet space is spacious as well as room size. The establishment smells amazing, well kept, quiet, and clean.The gym is nice and also has a yoga and cycling room. The person who toured us was outstanding as well. My favorite park is also directly across the street,museums, best Houston hospitals, food spots, hotel zaza nearby(amazing spa inside), walking, and running trails all nearby. Go give them a try.

I've lived here for over three years, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. The management team is always responsive and professional, ensuring any concerns are addressed promptly. The building is well-maintained, with clean common areas and a sense of community that makes it feel like home. The amenities are excellent, and the location is unbeatable – close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. I've always felt safe and comfortable here, which is so important.

I lived at OHP for nearly 2 years, and it was the best apartment I've lived in for the most important pieces of living in my view. The best management/staff who were always responsive, attentive, and helpful no matter the situation. This by far was the most secure apartment I've lived in with 24-hour concierge (including holidays/nights/weekends) and I've always appreciated them working the wee hours to keep us safe. I was never worried about my safety, even when I'd walk my dog late into the night. I've been living in this apartment since February 2024, and it has been a fantastic experience. The management team is genuinely caring and always responsive, making the community feel welcoming and well-maintained. The maintenance service is excellent—requests are handled promptly and efficiently. One of the highlights of living here is the fun community events, especially during the holidays. Our 2-year-old boy had a blast at the Halloween activity, creating unforgettable memories! The location is another major plus. It's conveniently close to the park, zoo, and children's museum, making it perfect for families with little ones. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place with a great sense of community!
