One Dallas Center

A run-of-the-mill at best livable space masquerading as a "luxury apartment", falling short of the bare minimum. Elevators are frequently down. You will be stuck on your floor unable to go down for hours. Maintenance ignores a lot of raised issues - needing multiple requests before actioning. Pool area is poorly maintained. The dog park is very dirty and not a place I'd take my dog. The smells bleeds into the common areas like the mail boxes and even the barbeque area (whose grills are never cleaned, virtually unusable). All the amenities are for marketing purposes and not in place/maintained for functionality/community value. There's only one concierge after leasing office working hours. Recently moved in and have had a wonderful leasing experience. The property manager, Alizá, was very helpful and responsive to questions during the leasing and move-in process. My leasing consultant, Robby, was very friendly and helpful, and made it exciting to move in. Trey, the maintenance supervisor, did a wonderful job with the make-ready. Move-in day was seamless, and I had a lovely welcome gift waiting for me in my apartment. My first night, I locked myself out of my apartment, and then out of the building 🤣 (the building is VERY secure). Several friendly residents and Naood, working the late shift at the front desk, helped me get back into my apartment. Really appreciate the visible security presence in the garage and in the building at all hours. Love my apartment and very happy

Nice apartments, Great Management. They go above and beyond for there residents. Neighbors are always cool, sometimes even feels like a family. Monthly resident events could be a little more interesting, but it's nice they are trying, some of them do still get a nice little crowd. I really like how it feels the apartment actually cares about residence unlike most places now and days that just try to gouge you and tow your car every chance they get. That seems to be a reoccurring theme at most other places. Shout out to Makayla, Aliza, and Robbie; hope One Dallas Center takes care of you all because I don't know where it would be without you.

I went for a tour a few weeks ago. Mikayla gave me a tour of the building and apartments, answered all my questions and was patient when I needed a second tour. Showed me the availability and worked with me on my move in-date. Decided to go with One Dallas Center! I loved the views from the apartment, only thing missing are balconies. Thank you Mikayla!

This place has the worst communication skills I've ever encountered and I don't even live here. I simply applied and its been the worst 30 day experience of my life. I would never suggest anyone attempt to move here the application process makes you want to look the other way. No wonder its only 3.9 stars, they dont even deserve that.
