I absolutely love living at One Cardinal way! The leasing agents are wonderful and always available whenever I have questions or needs. Alicia, in particular, always makes me feel welcome and truly at home. Every time we walk by, all of the leasing agents are so friendly and approachable. Hasan, the bartender, always makes me laugh—a much-needed boost on rough days! Even the maintenance team is fantastic; whenever I need something fixed, they arrive quickly and handle the job professionally and courteously. Front desk is there 24/7 with a smile and helpful. The complex offers so many exciting events, the views are stunning, and the pool is incredibly relaxing. Overall, the staff and the community make One Cardinal way an amazing place to call my home.

I’ve been here for almost two months now, and I truly love living at One Cardinal Way! Moving to St. Louis was a big transition for me, and this community has made it better than I could have imagined. The team here is incredible — from the GM, Raul Adam, to Shannon in the leasing office, and everyone else I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They’re welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for an amazing place in the heart of the city, this is absolutely it. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say, I've been here a little over a month and I absolutely love it here! My initial thoughts when I got this place....."Expensive upgrade, but I deserve it." Now my mindset is "Not expensive, extremely valuable, I'm getting what I pay for it." The professionalism by everyone here. How clean it is and well maintained on a daily basis. Any one looking to live in the city, this is the place for you. Great views and everything you need is walkable. The other tenants are great and always friendly! 24 hour front desk team are excellent. Alicia and Shannon are very helpful and friendly. Free gym membership to Genesis just 25 yards from the front door! Love this place and so will you….
