One Boerum Place

My daughter has been living at One Boerum Place since May 2023. This building is incredible. Amenities are top notch but what really makes this feel like home for my daughter and whenever I visit is the staff. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating but it would be a shame if I did not give a personal shoutout to Dominick who works the front desk. Every time I see Dominick he has such an infectious and genuine demeanor. He truly goes above and beyond and his smiling and kind greetings make such a positive impact on me personally whenever I come to see my daughter. Thank you Dominick and thank you One Boerum Place for making the building feel like home !

Nothing but nice things to say about this building and the staff. 5 star amenities and staff. Maintenance issues will get resolved promptly and the all around cleanliness of the building is superb. You are also in great hands with the front desk team. Dom at the front desk is an absolute rock star. Always with a smile and a helping hand. Highly recommend this building to anyone and never want to leave!

My husband and I have been tenants for over a year and we are so happy with the building. The staff is incredible and the building is beautiful. All of the doorman are wonderful and extremely helpful Gio,Tom, Danny, Cecil to name a few. Joe runs the show behind the scenes to make sure the building is clean and all the tenants are happy. I am 8 months pregnant and he called to offer to bring up all of my packages. They are all truly wonderful people. Josh the building manager is accessible and helpful too. Can’t say enough good things.

We’ve lived in the building since March 2022. We are a family of four. The building is gorgeously fitted out and the units are lovely. We never hear our neighbors about everyone is so friendly in the public spaces. There is a gorgeous rooftop, the gym is nicely appointed, and we have a lovely indoor pool. The building staff is awesome and super attentive. If any problems arise (there have been very few), they are extremely quick to respond. We will stay!

The staff keeps the building extremely clean and all common areas are always well kept. All doorman do an amazing job with signing people in, packages and friendly greetings and remembering guests names. Gio, Cecil, Danny, Tom, have gone above and beyond and always willing to help me bring heavy/ large things up to my apartment. Maintenance requests are immediately addressed and resolved which is huge!! Such a great staff and a huge shoutout to Josh the building manager for creating a great environment!
