Buyer beware of this of agency! Our deposit was stolen from us from this agency. We attempted to buy a property from a relative of the realtor that works at this agency. This same realtor told us the tenant that was destroying the property would be removed within 72 hours of a P& S agreement. Fast forward 2 months and tenant was still there, house was a wreck from aforementioned tenant, leaks, mold, garbage caged dogs in house hours before closing. Bank denied our mortgage due to declining condition of the property. Realtor gave our deposit to his relatives rather than us. Larceny.
