Whether I was working with Phyllis, Deborah, or Porche, they always sounded happy to be working with us. Porche respected our decision not to link our accounts, even if it meant going through more paper trails. They always answered any questions via email or phone call that same business day, or when not possible, the very next morning. There was only a small hiccup at the very end with internal numbers, but it was resolved by the time we needed it to be resolved so that the title could be funded and recorded. Thank you!!
