I reached out to Ms Patricia about a listing that she had and she showed me the property right away and got me in the rental within a few days. She was the kindest and most understanding Landlord that I’d ever had the pleasure of renting from! About a year into renting the property, I had a water leak due to freezing temperatures, so I reach out to Ms Patricia and it was repaired within hours. She is professional and very responsive! I 100% recommend the agency!

They were very rude to me when just trying to rent from them. I am disabled and was told that I need to move in a bad neighborhood. My emotional support animal was not accepted at the location I was approved for. Unpleasant experience with this company
