0 Stars. Horrible experience! They are trying to keep entire $3,200 deposit and we left the house better than we got it (photos included). Was never sent an itemized list past 30 days and told us we never sent them a forwarding address (They just sent the itemized list to the house we were renting with them and it was sent back to their office since it's now vacant). These are false claims and thank God we have screen shots of everything. They will kick you out of the portal the day your lease is up so keep evidence of everything. Take photos of everything. They are extremely deceptive and had their BBB revoked in 2022. The employees are extremely incompetent and are horrible with communication.

Worst company there is for rentals. Highly recommended you use anyone else to rent from. They’re attempting to keep my entire security deposit saying the house needs to be repainted.

Omnikey is a very frustrating property management company to work with. Our neighbors here in Fort Worth had a tree over grow that they took forever to act on. The tree grew over our fence line, and one branch continued to scrape our roof to the point it exposed the wood decking underneath. This is only due to the fact that they did not come cut the tree in a timely manner. We then proceeded to call and email Omnikey kindly asking that they please have their maintenance crew come inspect/fix our roof as the issue originated from a tree on their property. After months of calling and emails, and graciously working with the kind tenants, Omnikey never got back to us. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to hire a roofing crew to fix our roof. We have had such a great experience with Zach Wing the office manager. He is very responsive and helpful no matter what the issue. I used to have issues getting answers from the office until getting into contact with him and I always get an answer within the hour. He has definitely made our experience with OmniKey a good one.
