Leslie was my title rep. Communication was great, but as far as knowing the processes of how to payout an agent... she was very confused. I didn't even get a copy of my commission check or shipping label. She sent me and not the creditors checks to pay credit cards off, which was very ODD. Usually title companies send the checks directly to creditors to get them paid off after closing. IF that was a contingency in Loan Financing a property. Overall it was very much of a headache and stressful dealing with this title company and chasing after them for things. I wouldn't deal with this title company ever again.

Missing in action, Asleep at the wheel, Un responsive, lights are on but nobody is home is how I would describe my experience with Leslie at Omega. I would not use if I didn't have to. They must get a lot of work given to them by Fannie Mae and not really interested in doing a good job.

I had the pleasure of working with Ernest at Omega Title and dealing with an investment property in Ohio. He was proactive and cordial throughout the whole process. My experience was ok. I feel like the title person (I won’t name her here) completely dropped the ball during the first 30 days which caused 2 more extensions before we finally closed. My realtor had to constantly send reminders and emails asking for updates. After a manager got involved, the ball started rolling. We finally closed almost 90 days later. If it wasn’t for my real estate agent following up and reaching out to parties that the total agent should’ve been, I don’t think we would’ve ever closed.
