This is the most unprofessional company I can think of and they will rob you if you do not attentions to your financials, even if you do they will hide it in different categories, when you go to change management companies the make it extremely difficult for all parties and don't even forward important bills. yet another picture about a year after this management company who had said to leave your ac on and cut them on with out your approval in a completely mold infested environment which ruined the hvac had the nerve to ask you to pay for a new or the old moldy one was going to be reinstalled. update to this post below...Now I know the reason for the missing siding and rotted wood which was not revealed to me during the sale of the home. I have a roof leak which was the cause the rotten wood and missing siding in the picture. I still need the roof leak fixed. So far I've paid out 3,800. Stay to tuned for more...... Omega community management is the worst HOA that I have ever unfortunately encountered! They will give you a fine for just about anything! I have received five letters like these! one was for that I forgot my garbage can in front of my garage overnight! one was for weeds between my trees! one was for dirty driveway and sidewalk. In this case they were going to charge me $50 per day until this was cleaned. Even when I had it clean immediately. I still had to pay a fine! Others around here do the same things and I don’t think that they get penalized. Of course they don’t even make it easy to pay your fine. You can’t do it over the phone, they don’t take credit cards, they don’t even take cash! you have to pay by check. I sold my house so that I will never have to deal with these people again

I live in the River bluff condominium association adjacent to Ballard Park. In addition to being a resident at River bluff for the last 20 years I served as past vice president of the HOA. We have had four management companies that provided consulting and Management services for our community. The last being Omega community Management. I wish to offer an unequivocal review of the relationship that has gone on for several years as of this writing. It is refreshing to have a management team that is responsive to the issues related to our property.
