O'Malley Apartments

The building is being renovated so I was told they haven't been able to move me up the waiting list but I cant wait to be in this new place. My friend lives there and her new apartment is so nice. The two ladies in the office seem to care and are helpful, they let me know where Im at on the list every time I call. I just hope I get off the list and into a room before I kick the bucket!

Absolutely the worst place to live. Property manager allows residents to bring in homeless people. She needs to be fired!!!! Bed bugs in several apartments. Chaos coming due to remodeling right at the holidays. People having to pack up their belongings. Headquarters does not respond to complaints or police that have had to come to omalley. Absolutely the worst🤔glad I'm out of there and in a condo now. Thank goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice, spacious apartments with lots of amenities offered. Definitely the upper end of low-income housing. The biggest drawback is their location, although the surrounding area is beautiful, it is high up in South Hill and not a short drive.

Catholic Charities helped me with Farmers Market Voucher's last year. They are a Great Experience to have When you're Homeless person. Love Larry Totten

Tammy Schneider is a liar. when a unit opened up i went with my caregiver/friend to view. she said my caregiver/friend would have to wait outside while she showed me the unit. she also said my caregiver/friend could also live in the unit. the next day i signed the lease, and that's when Tammy said I was prohibited from allowing any visitors except actual family/spouse. That is when I told Tammy I am no longer interested in this unit, assuming I would be able to nullify the lease since it was only one day of signing. No. It's still on my credit/rental history. Is this fair?
