Olympus Property Management

I've rented one of their properties for a little while now, and already so have to say they've already left us questioning what's really going on here. We've not seen them face tot face, but somebody has shown up at the property when we are not home and have either peered inside or entered the property with out any consent from us. We've had repairs for essential appliances take longer than I've seen landlords take, no sense of urgency or care for us tenants. The overall tone is that we are bothersome and we are just a person on an app or text. As soon as this lease is up, we will be gone. Love the prop, but it's not worth it with the trouble and the management. I hope they don't take these comments lightly, it is highly unsatisfactory when it doesn't need to be.

This company is a waste of your time. First, the house we tried to tour was still being lived in but they gave us the code to get in anyway. When we finally got in, the house was filthy and desperately needed painting due to fill holes all over and stains on the walls. Sinks and tubs were dirty and stains on the carpets just to start. We had filled out an application but backed out before they even started processing anything yet they refused to refund the fee. His response in his email showed that they just don't care. If they won't clean for a new tenant, God forbid the AC breaks down. Stay away from them.

Please do not waste your time with this so called business, The lack of professionalism is pathetic, the are rude and you can forget receiving a phone call back , They aren't managing mansions but they truly aren't property managers. I can't stress it enough, either this is a hobby for them or they really could care less about their properties. Forget any emergency or the need for maintenance, they are not in any hurry to respond to phone calls nor text, Must be a secondary hobby for them when the property isn't theirs. Good luck.

They team over at Olympus is fantastic. As an investor, their level of communication back to me is perfect. They over communicate on the large issues and take care of the small issues without getting me involved. Equally as importatnt, they have expierence in the Nashville market to secure great handyman and great tenants. If you own investment property in the Nashville market, then Olympus is a great choice for a property management team.

Neglect their properties and don't do basic maintenance. When they do contact you, all you'll get are excuses. No action. Quality of inventory is sketchy too. Stay away. Better properties and management companies out there.
