Olympus Highlands North

I’ve stayed with Olympus Highlands North since six months from first opening. I instantly knew when I saw my first apartment that this was perfect. Jacquelyn and previously Robert have always addressed my concerns when anything went array. But even more I feel safe, I enjoy the cleanliness of the property, and my favorite part is the hot tub. I’m sad to leave but honestly I highly recommend this property especially if you work downtown or UNM and or have dogs ☺️🩷 thank you Olympus Highlands North!

I’ve been here for a few weeks and despite a little bit of a rough move, (outside of the apartment complex’s control), it’s been a great time so far! Jacquelyn is very accommodating, the area is actually relatively safe with a great security system, the location is very ideal, the pool area, (including the hot tub), is awesome, the fitness area is nice, the lobby is beautiful, and the apartments are worth it for their price. It’s hard to get an Albuquerque luxury apartment close to downtown with great views of downtown/The Sandias, plus everything else that I mentioned!

I’ve lived here for over a year and can confidently say this is one of the best apartment complexes around. Jacquelyn, the property manager, is always helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the property is consistently clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment.

Just moved into my new apartment and I have to say, Jacquelyn—the building manager—has been amazing. She’s super friendly, always quick to respond, and has made the whole move-in process way easier than I expected. You can tell she really cares about the people who live here, and it honestly made a big difference feeling so welcomed. The apartment itself is super clean, bright, and feels really well taken care of—I couldn’t be happier with it.

I am going on my third year at Olympus Highlands North because I love everything about this property. It is a newer property where there is a contemporary feel to the decor and the apartment features. It is also safe and secure with gated parking and interior entry to apartments, and the amenities (pool, gym) are nice and kept clean. Access to I-25 and I-40 is very close. I appreciate the manager Jacquelyn so much; she is prompt and efficient, always ready to help if I need anything, and she does it with a smile. Maintenance is also prompt and gets things done right the first time. This is definitely a 5-star property.
