I had the opportunity to work with Kevin Horrocks on a new construction loan with liberty homes. One of their partners. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin. He was always available to talk to me and give me great service. On top of that I found him to be very efficient and helpful in understanding the loan process. And although I decided to go with a Lender I had previously done business with, I was still valued and appreciated. Kevin is a solid broker with deep industry expertise , he has over 20 yrs in the business. Had I not had my own Lender and didn't know, I would definitely do business with this man. Kevin is awesome. I have had bad experiences with mortgage brokers in the past taking advantage of me (and others) and only doing what is in their best interest. Kevin truly cares about our wellbeing and did everything necessary to ensure that we got the best mortgage for our situation and even sacrificed some of his commissions to ensure we were taken care of. When dealing with finances, you have to have someone you can trust and Kevin is definitely that.

Kevin and everyone at Olympus Funding is absolutely amazing. When we were first time home buyers we went with Kevin and he was so honest and trustworthy with every aspect of our loan process that we absolutely went with him for our second home. This process we needed him even more! My husband called Kevin multiple times just for advice and little questions. He always called back and was more than happy to answer any questions we needed. I will recommend him and Olympus funding to everyone I know and will definitely go through them again when I am back in the market for a new home.

Kevin has been great to work with on our refinance. He has been in touch with us every step of the way and his whole team has been very communicative. I used him years ago while in another home and remembered how great his service was. It's been comforting to work with someone trustworthy.

We worked with Kevin Horrocks and I can't say enough about how helpful he was. We needed a refinance done fast and he made it happen almost two weeks prior to our initial guesstimate. He was always available be it by phone or email to answer our questions. The market is hot right now and I'm sure Kevin had a lot on his plate but he went out of his way for us.
