Its comfortable. Ive had a few issues here and wasnt pleased with how it was handled but there are many pleasant things. Ben is fantastic, Vanessa is super sweet, and manager Jayna is so fun 🧡 I don't feel confident airing how I feel to management. It feels intimidating because of past experiences but it is a beautiful property for the most part. My unit is lovely. Everything works pretty good. No one tows our cars. Feels like a home.

The absolute WORST complex I have ever lived in, and I lived in Greenspoint where a shooting happened! Ever since Michael left the office, every single thing has been completely and utterly disorganized. Every service request I have put in has either been cancelled for no reason, or they don't actually fix the problem. Why am I paying for "premium amenities" if I'm being forced to pay outside workers to fix my apartment? They emailed us with exact days and time frames of when pressure washing was going to happen, and I kept my mat inside for 3 days, but they still they never came. Finally, I put it back out and now there's a huge stain in front of my door which will ultimately probably get dinged on me! Poop everywhere, at least one pool's always closed, super noisy, they never answer the
