Olympia Mill at The Mills

I can hear every conversation, soda can opening, and footstep of the people living above me. The ceiling is wood panels. Sleeping the past couple months has been a significant struggle. Please invest in earplugs and a noise machine if you have already signed your lease. Also parking is extremely chaotic and the mailing room is a mess. On the bright side, the appliances and amenities are amazing. The brick is gorgeous, but this does not make up for the loudness.

Parking absolutely sucks, you can NEVER find a spot after 6 PM on any given day of the week, they’re insane about towing, and offer NO support to help come to a resolution about parking when you’re REQUIRED to pay for a parking pass to even park in the lot of YOUR apartment. There are no places for your guest to park at your complex, they’d have to park at a meter or at some remote location to not risk towing. Overall such a negative experience, especially with the leasing office. While rooms are nice, after making many needed maintenance calls, the overall quality of the complex is horrific.

Parking is horrible. If you come home after 10pm you literally have to wait in a line of cars trying to find a parking spot for another car to be towed in order for you to get a parking spot when you literally pay for a parking pass. don’t let them fool you with the “you can buy a reserved spot” because it’s a raffle so you’ll most likely be screwed like everyone else.

They did a awesome job renovating this place for students attending USC

I have a few friends who live here and in total, it's a very wonderful environment. With a gym and other amenities, this complex has beautiful apartments with an even cooler interior. You can see the history from when it was a mill and the apartments have housed decades of college students. Parking is very convenient although a little packed, but the location convenience and everything about it has always provided a lovely experience for when I visit. ( I have even been looking into getting a place for myself here)
