Never proper heat or hot water. Defective windows which causes air to come in. They refuse to fix

The worst and most unprofessional management company of all the buildings in New York I ever know. Rude and lies. If they took your overpaid money, they would never return it. If you see the building management is this one, stay away from that building!

I rented an apartment from them and it was miserable. I would call, text, and email without any response. My apt had an electrical issue that went about 3 weeks before I even got a call back about fixing it. Similar issue with a plumbing problem. Another issue, there was feces tracked inside the building that was there for over a week. Again, called the landlord twice a day, every day for that week and never once spoke to him. Left voicemails, and sent many emails but got no response. Just to add another issue, someone down the hall from me passed away. Obviously that is a difficult situation, very sad, and completely out of the control of Olnick. However, it took about 3 months before the apartment was cleaned out, and there was a truly unfathomable smell that persisted for about 6 mont

Asked for air filters to be changed and the housing cleaned. I have been coughing and choking and feeling listless. Went to Urgent care and their X-ray showed a bacterial infection. It's been over a year and they still haven't changed the filters. They are now doing brick work and it is making everyone sick because of the Particles getting into o lungs

Terrible service & developers. They do not follow up with tenants after contacting them due to the negligence of their onsite property managers. It’s truly unfortunate the living conditions you are subjected to and they have no interest what’s best for their tenants. It’s truly disappointing!
