Olmsted Savannah Apartments

I lived here for 2 years from mid 2022-mid 2024. I don’t know what new management is like here, but the previous management was fantastic and was always friendly and helpful if I ran into any problems. The community here is also generally quiet and not disruptive. The common areas were consistently clean and all the amenities were pretty much always accessible and working properly. Everything in the unit worked and felt at least decent quality, which should be expected as these are new, expensive units. I also always felt secure walking around the area and parking my car in the parking garage. The best part about this place in my opinion is the location. The brewery nearby is really nice and hosts lots of fun events, and obviously River Street is just steps away. I miss being able to go

Absolutely love our Olmsted Apartment! In unit washer dryer, full kitchen, 2 closets & sunny days with sunset views at night! Along with beautifully appointed lounge areas, workout rooms, pool, parking and top notch management! Just steps away from all that is a Savannah - truly a Great place to call home!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The building is well-maintained, management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient and the apartments are comfortable with a nice layout. Overall, it’s been a great place to live! I’m absolutely loving it!!

Olmsted Savannah is seriously the best place to live! From day one, Maria and Grace in the office have been so friendly and helpful — they always go out of their way to make things easy and make you feel at home. The amenities are amazing (the pool and gym are my favorites), and everything always looks super clean and well taken care of. The location is also perfect — close to everything you need but still quiet and peaceful. I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Savannah!

**Disclosure: I'm staying here for temporary housing. The space is good for one person. Amenities are solid. The gym is nice but minimal to me comparative to other luxury apartments I've lived in. I don't like that at time of move in the filter on the fridge is red. When I asked about the process to submit for maintenance,tl they said that they don't pay for that- and because I'm here for temporary housing I'd have to go through the 3rd party. I'm just saying if I'm paying $3k+ monthly I expect everything to be covered. Now I'm a week in, I drink a gallon of water a day so it's added up quickly. The coffee machine is nice as is the pool deck and parlor. I also just don't like the parking set up, super inconvenient to access elevators from parking area (accessibility concerns). The butterfl
