Olivine Littleton Apartments

This place is amazing and affordable for what they offer! Great apartment gym, outdoor pool and hot tub that is open year round! Plenty of spaces to hold a party, so dog friendly and even a golf simulator! The staff is just so amazing and really hands on and definitely act fast with any problems or questions!

I absolutely love living here! The apartment complex is always super clean, and the maintenance team is quick, reliable, and so helpful whenever I need anything. Which I find is very rare nowadays. The amenities are amazing and always well kept—especially all of the common areas. Lauren, at the front office always is so professional and is always happy to help with whatever I need. I honestly cannot imagine living anywhere else!

Olivine. Is. Awesome. We've lived here since relocating to Denver 3 years ago and can confidently say this is the BEST location and overall best apartment in the area. There's nothing comparable in the SW Denver metro. NOTHING. Olivine is the only large apartment complex with a parking garage AND in a truly walkable suburban location. Need groceries? Trader Joe's is a quick 3-min walk away in Bowles Crossing. Need more? You've got OPTIONS. Target's just across the street. Restaurants? Unlimited. Plenty of chains & great local places (MESA!!). Bored, but not enough to hit the mountains/downtown? AMC theater's here too. STILL BORED?? ROUND 1 Bowling & Arcade is across the street in Southwest Plaza Mall, along with neat shops/restaurants. I am very satisfied with my experience living here. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartments are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Any concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the efforts of the management and staff.

I have loved living at Olivine this past year! The staff is exceptional: always friendly and prompt. Rare maintenance issues are always fixed quickly. The apartments themselves truly are luxurious and very spacious. The amenities speak for themselves; the pictures on the website really ARE what it looks like. It’s so fun to live here!
