I recently had Kelly do an inspection on a home that I am looking to purchase. Kelly also inspected my home that I am selling! In both homes I believe he did a superior job and left no stone unturned. He is a very nice person, and very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend him! If I could give this man 10stars I would. He has done the last 4 homes (New and Older) I looked at, and saved me from blowing all my money on repairs. I didn’t buy 2 homes I really liked because of the amount of things I didn’t notice that he did. His reports are super detailed and his prices are super reasonable especially compared to the big name brand company’s. He is very responsive and very easy to get a hold of if you have questions. 10 out of 10 I WOULD recommend to anyone who ask.
