Olivian at The Realm

I stopped by Olivian as a walk-in today and honestly had a really solid experience. I’m on a tight timeline trying to lock in my next spot, and the team didn’t waste any time getting me in for a tour, which I appreciated. Sterling was super knowledgeable and broke everything down clearly. He answered all my questions without making it feel rushed and really knew the property inside and out. The unit I saw was clean, modern, and had some really nice finishes. I’ve got a couple other places I’m looking at, but Olivian is definitely at the top of my list right now.

Toured here recently and had such a great experience with Dee! She’s bubbly, kind, and super down to earth. The apartment was really clean, the hallways smelled amazing, and the pool looks so good for summer. Dee knew everything about the property and you can tell she genuinely enjoys working there. It made the whole tour feel easy and comfortable.

Brett was highly skilled, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it professionally with great attention to detail. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. I really appreciate his expertise and would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

Great job!!!!! I really appreciate him coming in and fixing my microwave. I love it here and I can honestly say this will be home years to come. Maintenance and staff are wonderful. Maintenance shows up and show out!!!! They love their tenants. Some type of activity for people that work the 8 to 5. Here is an example- food trucks on Thursdays 5 to 8. 10 out of 10
