Poor management, overcharged me for "cleaning services" even after I deep cleaned it for them. Lack of communication with tenants, poor living quality.

First moved in, mouse traps in the closets...Then red biting ants everywhere in the apt. Plus, they did not fix my tub clog for over two months. Recently, I honored my lease, gave notice I'm moving out, then they say they "received but will not accept" my 60 notice to move out. I will upload this document on a facebookpage.

Oliver Management caters to everyone from market rate clients, subsidized, disabled and elderly. Oliver Management has been in business 45 years and is locally owned and operated.

Very quick, smooth process of acquiring the apartment. Friendly people. Much better than "Condo and Home Advisors" if you're in Duluth area.

I've rented a Proctor unit for over 4 yrs. it's truly hassle-free. I'd recommend renting or buying from OMS to all my friends and cohorts. Thanks Olivers, "SKUZ"
