THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE 10 OUT OF 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE, CARING AND VERY THOROUGH. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A TIME I VOICED A CONCERN AND IT WAS NOT MATCHED OR RESPONDED TO. THEY ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB PICKING UP PIECES THEY DIDNT BREAK. THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO HELP WITH ANY CONCERNS OR PROPERTY MATTERS. MS GREEN AND MS PARKER ARE REALLY HOLDING IT DOWN FOR THE AREA AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH WILL FIGHT FOR YOU AND WITH YOU. THOSE WOMEN ALONE IS WHY OLIVER CROSSING IS WORTH A VISIT

Every time I go to the rent office I always talk to Shannon not the property Manager the other Shannon don't know her last name but that's my girl she listen to you when you have a problem and she respectful.. I relly don't talk to nobody else but her assistant manager Shannon I love her energy.. I feel like when I talk to her about my apartment stuff get fix Team Shannon all day..

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The fact the leasing office over charges you for something that they were supposed to fix. And now I’m paying to get everything fixed out of pocket. They expect you to pay rent knowing that they don’t fix anything and have no type of sympathy for you. It shouldn’t matter if we live in the “projects” if you don’t like your position of work let someone who wants to help do it.

Property manager, assistant property manager, shannon hood were all NASTY individuals. Unprofessional, Lazy Office management. They lack communication then try to blame the resident. They will not work with you. Its sad they are the face of the building and they have a well known reputation of being NASTY, RUDE. Its really a disgrace. WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THESE APARTMENTS

I am an upset resident and cannot wait to my move out date this has been the worse experience moving forward of my 11 years .. my first apartment. I have had so many encounters with management and been put off so many times for issues and concerns that should have Been looked at as a priority yet I was put off numerous times .. I’m currently having issues an I’ve put in multiple work orders still no address . I had a huge leak in my kitchen sink to which maintenance could not fix it a professional plumber was needed they came in an put a huge hole in my kitchen wall it was never fixed nor ever seen management after she stated she would come in and take a look at the hole because she was unaware the plumbers did that ..still haven’t came to look at it again .I called concerned to when it wo
